When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am EST will not be processed out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Tuesday.
Why have i not received my order?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states of the United States and the United States overseas territories.
Is my order automatically insured?
Yes your order is automatically insured with our shipper. In the unlikely event that your package and order has been damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will organise a replacement.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our production partners has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
My order status says “Unfulfilled”. What does that mean?
“Unfulfilled” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Fulfilled.”
Why was my order canceled?
“If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Affirm, PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.
When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card or payment service will be billed at time of order.
What is a Limited Edition?
Limited Edition means that there will only ever be a pre-determined number of prints produced of each photograph. Once the edition sells out, there will never be another reprint of that photograph.
Why does the price of the artwork change over time?
Emmanuel Fine Art Photography Limited Editions are produced in a pre-determined edition size. As demand for one of Emmanuel’s Fine Art Photography goes up, so does the price. Collecting early guarantees you are also receiving the most competitive pricing available.
Do you authenticate the artwork?
We have gone to great lengths to protect the integrity of each and every piece of artwork with our Edition Integrity Program. This program was created to ensure the security and authenticity of your Emmanuel Fine Art edition.
Is the art signed?
Yes. Each Limited Edition artwork features a hand signature and edition number on the face of the artwork and a certificate applied to the back of the print.
