We accept returns and exchanges for defective products only. Whether you have received a damaged item or have simply changed your mind, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
We offer a Lifetime return policy. We stand behind the quality of our work and allow returns at any time after the date of purchase, provided the conditions below are met.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in New condition. It must be free of wear, damage (unless arriving defective), or alterations.
You can return your items using any of the following methods:
In-Store: Visit us in person to drop off your return.
At a Drop-off Location: Bring your package to an authorized shipping drop-off point.
By Mail: Ship your return directly back to our studio.
Return Label: We provide a prepaid return shipping label. You can download and print this label from our portal at no cost to you.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping is Free for all customers.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Payment Method: The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
