REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged products only. If you have received a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a free replacement (exchange) or a full refund.

Damaged in transit: All orders are insured with our shipper. If your artwork arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can file an insurance claim and arrange your replacement or refund.

2. Return Window

We offer a Lifetime return policy for manufacturing defects. Damage that occurs during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as described above.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be free of wear, damage, or alterations other than the defect or shipping damage being reported, including removal from or changes to its frame or mount. Please keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

4. Return Methods

You can return your items using any of the following methods:

• In-Store: Visit our gallery at 1300 Pacific Avenue, Monaca, PA 15061 to drop off your return.
• At a Drop-off Location: Bring your package, with the prepaid label we provide, to an authorized shipping drop-off point.
• By Mail: Ship your return directly back to our studio using the prepaid label we provide.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

• Return Label: We provide a prepaid return shipping label by email at no cost.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
• Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

• Refund Amount: Approved returns receive a full refund of the purchase price.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
• Payment Method: The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
• Exchanges: Production and shipping usually take up to 10 business days. Shipping times differ by location.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us through our contact page, or by phone at (412) 315-7442 with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.
2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the artwork securely and send it to: 1300 Pacific Avenue, Monaca, PA 15061-1825, USA, or drop it off at our gallery.
