One of the great hidden secrets of Beaver County is I.S. and Gertrude Sahli Nature Park. It is only a 20 minute drive from the town of Beaver and 50 minute drive from the city of Pittsburgh. The park is a 90 acre property which boasts walking trails, ponds and sitting areas to enjoy wildlife. It is protected by a conservation easement and will always remain a place for the community and wildlife to enjoy.

It is a photographers paradise for subjects such as flowers and butterflies. The lake on a still day you are able to achieve awesome reflection photography. A must is to take a walk through the trails and take some snaps of the wildlife that roam the park.
Then after working up an appetite – I would recommend Sal’s on 2764 Darlington Rd, Beaver Falls, just 2 minutes away. It is a quaint, casual space with a bar & a patio serving old-school Italian cooking since 1985.
Have good fun taking some great photos
